Do you struggle with jaw pain, clicking, or headaches?

It could be your TMJ (temporomandibular joint) which is the hinge that connects your jaw to your skull. When this joint isn’t working properly, it can cause jaw pain, ear pressure, headaches, and make chewing uncomfortable.
So why does TMJ pain happen? Stress, teeth clenching, poor posture, injuries or misalignment can all put extra strain on the jaw joint.
Chiropractic care can help TMJ. Gentle adjustments can improve jaw alignment, relieve tension, and restore movement. When your body is aligned, it functions better — and that means less pain. We often see patients with chronic TMJ and are able to help.
You can also support your TMJ with magnesium before bed, resting your tongue on the roof of your mouth and getting a custom bite guard from your dentist to use at night if you grind your teeth.
For TMJ, better alignment = better movement = less pain.
